PB Architects (formerly known as Patterson Bigosiński Architects Inc.) was founded in 1972. From the beginning, the firm has been responsible for a wide variety of projects, large and small, simple and complex.

In 1986, the firm was joined by Jacek Bigosiński, AIA, and in 1992 he became a partner with Howard Patterson. Mr. Bigosiński has been responsible for all of the design work, CADD management and day to day operations since 1995.

In 2005, after 33 years, Mr. Patterson retired from the practice. Mr. Bigosiński has assumed full ownership of the office and continues working hard on providing full service architectural design.

In 2016, Jeremi (Rem) Bigosiński has joined PB Architects full time as an Architectural Designer and Landscape Architects. Rem’s CV is posted below. In 2020 his duties have expanded to include running the office in addition to maintaining his Landscape Architect business: Form Plus Matter, LLC.

Jacek Bigosiński, RA

Studied at University of Baghdad, University of Detroit Mercy and received Master of Architecture degree from Warsaw University of Technology.


Mr. Bigosiński is a principal of PB Architects., with which he has been associated since 1986. He has been the director of design, construction documents and project administration for new and renovation projects. He also manages CADD work stations.

His previous experience includes five years as an architect working on various projects in Europe, Africa and the United States. It included residential and commercial construction of apartment buildings, condominiums, restaurants, hotels and shopping malls. He has spent two years renovating an XVIII century palace in Europe as a construction supervisor.

Additionally, he has spent some time working with GEOCAD Inc., where he was involved in developing architectural CADD software, setup of computer stations, training and support.

In 2018, after 30 years teaching, Mr. Bigosiński retired from Norwalk Community College where he taught and coordinated the Architecture, Construction and Interior Design programs.

Jeremi (Rem) Bigosiński, LA

In addition to his association with PB Architects, Rem has worked with area landscape architect Wesley Stout Associates on corporate and school campuses in Connecticut, and spent six years in Shanghai, China — involved in over 40 projects in luxury residential, school and corporate campuses, commercial plazas, and streetscapes. Rem is committed to utilizing best practices in design, specifications and sustainability.

Rem is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and the Rhode Island School of Design (2010). He was the recipient of the prestigious Fulbright Fellowship in 2006 where he sculpted at the Academy of Fine Art in Warsaw, Poland. He has been a cartoonist for over 20 years, author and illustrator of two children storybooks, as well as a sculptor. He has also been teaching CAD courses at Norwalk Community College since 2018.

Rem is a Connecticut licensed landscape architect.
